Established in 2003, The Stoller School of Dancing is a leading, award winning, performing arts school based in Cheshunt and Albury (North Ware), Hertfordshire, offering high-quality training in a friendly, welcoming and nurturing environment.
We believe that every dancer is individual, and our personal approach is at the heart of everything we do. Whether your child dances simply for fun, to build confidence and make friends, or has ambitions to pursue a career in the performing arts, we aim to help every pupil reach their own potential.
Our classes are professionally taught by a team of fully qualified, experienced, insured, first aid trained and DBS checked teachers, providing a safe, positive and inspiring environment for dancers of all abilities.
We offer a wide range of classes for children and young people from 3–18 years, including:
ISTD Ballet • ISTD Tap • ISTD Modern • Jazz • Contemporary • Commercial • Hip Hop • Musical Theatre
We also offer graduate and teacher training for those wishing to further their development within the performing arts.
Our pupils develop much more than technique. Through their training, they build confidence, learn musicality and artistry, whilst developing discipline, commitment and self-belief.
They make new friends, learn to work as part of a team, experience the excitement of performing and, most importantly, have fun! From learning new skills, to taking part in productions, workshops and competitions, there are opportunities for every dancer to grow and enjoy their journey.
For more than 20 years, we have provided our students with opportunities to perform, compete and develop their skills both on and off the stage.
Our dancers take part in annual productions, performances, workshops and competitions, with opportunities to perform alongside professional companies and agencies.
Our award-winning competition teams have achieved outstanding results, while our students and graduates have gone on to further their training at leading professional performing arts colleges and universities, with many pursuing careers within dance, musical theatre and the wider performing arts industry.
We are incredibly proud that the school has maintained a 100% pass rate in ISTD graded examinations, reflecting the commitment of both our students and teaching faculty.
